When's it released and how do I get access? 

The release goes live March 17th 2025. You don't need to do anything - you will have instant access to all new features included in your plan from the release date. 

Let’s break down the new features in more detail and which Vevox plans they are included in: 

Team Leaderboards  

Available for: Pro Plan, Enterprise and Institution plans 

Highly requested and ideal for measuring knowledge, creating friendly competition and group bonding. Utilizing the demographic question type, you can now specify a 'team' question. Once that question is set, all subsequent poll responses will be split into teams, and when it comes to scoring, your team leaderboard will show how each group team has performed (you can also switch views to see the individual leaderboard and speed scoring!)  

Import files from an Excel spreadsheet 

Available for: Pro Plan, Enterprise and Institution plans 

Ideal for users with large question banks, and those who want to make content upload quicker and more efficient. Save time and effort with our new bulk import feature. Using our template, you can now import multiple questions and surveys.  

AI Quiz Improvements 

Available for: Starter, Pro Plan, Enterprise and Institution plans 

Save time and have more control over your quiz content and data sources. You can now upload content source files, set difficulty settings, choose the amount of answer options and increase the number of questions generated by our AI Quiz Question Generator (you can now create up to 10 questions at a time). We’ve also added enhancements to correct answer randomization.  

UI Improvements and profile settings 

Available for: Starter, Pro + All plans 

• Have greater control over the look and feel of your customized settings in both present view and the app, with separate theming 
• New profile settings: password reset, language settings, cookies settings, and account deletion 
• A new integrations tab will provide easier access to all available Vevox integrations 
• Portuguese (Brazilian) Language Translation for Dashboard 

PowerPoint Add-In Updates 

It wouldn’t be a Vevox product update without also expanding the functionality of our PowerPoint Polling integration: 

• Improvements with LaTeX and KaTeX for better accuracy and credibility, especially beneficial for STEM users in Higher Education 
• Rich text options available: bold, italics, underline, for better formatting of question types 

• Improved Pie Chart UI and numeric poll updates to reflect the limitless range added
