Introducing Vevox’s new Zoom Integration

Vevox is now available in the Zoom App Marketplace.

Available now for all users using Zoom in professional and educational settings. This integration enables the seamless creation and launching of polls, quizzes, surveys, and Q&A sessions within the Zoom platform. This enhancement allows for uninterrupted engagement without the need to switch between screens.
Both you and your participants will benefit from an uninterrupted experience, as your Vevox session will display on the side of the meeting screen, next to your content. No login process is required.
As a meeting host you can ask your audience to respond to a wide variety of live polls*, including:
  • Multichoice
  • Word clouds

  • Open text

  • Numeric polls
  • Rating and ranking polls
  • Pin-on-image

  • XY plot polls

  • Scored quiz questions
  • And more!
*Poll types available are dependent on your Vevox plan.

How the Vevox add-in makes Zoom sessions engaging and effective

  • As standard with Vevox, your sessions can be run anonymously, even if logged in to the Zoom platform, ensuring uninhibited and honest feedback.
  • Q&A sessions can also be managed and moderated, allowing greater control and peace of mind than with the built in Zoom chat functionality. Controls include message labelling, categories, moderation, upvoting, optional downvoting and a customizable profanity filter.

  • Quizzes will show an individuals score to them only in the side panel, allowing for named or anonymous leaderboards.
  • Reporting data, including all polling results, scores and Q&A will be instantly available to help shape future sessions.

Making your Zoom sessions interactive and engaging is simple, just search for ‘Vevox’ in the Zooms App Marketplace. Learn more about how Vevox can increase engagement in Zoom.
