You can refer Vevox to anyone who might benefit from a Vevox license for 3+ users. Other teams within your company or organization, or people from completely different companies - we will be delighted to help them.  

Please note referrals will only be accepted and incentives paid on introductions to people that fit the profile of a potential Vevox customer i.e. are responsible for, or key decision makers in organisations/businesses/Institutions/ departments that may have a use for a 3+ user Student/Audience Response Solution for classes, meetings or presentations. We will speak (via email or phone) to the referee ahead of the demo meeting to customise it and reserve the right to not continue to a demo meeting where it is felt the referee does not fit the user profile described above. 

By sending an email to the person you would like to introduce and us. Alternatively you can pass on our contact details to them suggesting they make contact with us mentioning your name.  There are some example templates provided above. Please note your name must be mentioned at the first point of contact to be eligible for the scheme. For this reason a direct introduction is always recommended. 

We will let you know when your referral attends their meeting and send you your Amazon voucher (or take your request for a charitable donation). Once they become a customer we will send you your Amazon vouchers (or take your request for a charitable donation) as well as an email requesting your preference and sizes for Vevox swag and a postal address to send it to. Please note Vevox Swag varies according to region and stock, for some countries an Amazon voucher alternative may be offered. Our business thrives on word of mouth referrals, and we are committed to rewarding you for your support.
